Royal International Air Tattoo 2002 BFBS broadcasting to the world from RAF Fairford, Gloucestershire July 2002 by Chris Payne |
When the opportunity of engineering the Vulcan FM RSL at RIAT 2002 on behalf of BFBS, came up, and to broadcast live to the world on the BFBS network from there, I jumped at the chance to be involved. Much cable and equipment later, we assembled 200m away from the main runway at RAF Fairford for a week! Great fun! |
